We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

How do we store, use, share and disclose site visitors' personal information and information collected through funding applications?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
As regards grant applications, we normally retain application and grant records for seven years from the closure of the relevant funding round, after which records are securely deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law.

The information provided in any funding application form will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of assessing eligibility for funding and administering any grant awarded by Accessible Learning Foundation Limited (ALF).
Information submitted may be reviewed by authorised trustees, employees, volunteers, or professional advisers acting on behalf of ALF who are involved in the assessment, administration, monitoring, auditing, or evaluation of funding applications and grants.
ALF will process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information will only be collected where necessary and will not be shared with third parties except:
• Where ALF is legally required to do so;
• Where it is necessary for the administration, auditing, monitoring, or evaluation of grants;
• With the consent of the individual concerned or the applicant organisation, where appropriate.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that any personal information provided about pupils, parents, carers, or staff is shared lawfully and that any necessary consents or other lawful bases for processing have been obtained.
Where possible, applicants should avoid providing identifiable personal information about individual pupils unless specifically requested. Any information supplied should be limited to what is necessary for the assessment of the application.
Additional Statement Regarding Pupil Information
Please do not include the names of individual pupils or any information that could identify them. Applications should use aggregated data only (for example, numbers of pupils eligible for Free School Meals, Pupil Premium, SEND support, or other relevant categories).
Retention of Information
ALF will retain application records, assessment documentation, grant award records, and related correspondence for a period of seven (7) years from the closure of the relevant funding round or grant award. This retention period is intended to support legal, financial, regulatory, governance, audit, and reporting requirements. At the end of this period, records will be securely destroyed or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law.
